Basic information
CotrellCFExtraBoldCondensed-Regular.otfNote of the authorCotrell CF ExtraBold and Cotrell CF ExtraBold Condensed are my revival of Matthews and Condensed Matthews, typefaces I found in Specimen Book and Catalog, published by the Inland Type Foundry (May 1902). It is a bold serif font suitable for posters, headlines, flyers, advertising, packaging and the like. In a previous iteration of Cotrell CF ExtraBold I suppressed the bosterous flared stem endings. These are now restored with the less boisterous stems included as alternates. Many of the lower case glyphs have alternates as well.
